We are currently seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home and to help lead our team with professionalism and empathy.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.
Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
Promote a positive, resident-focused culture in line with our “Good” CQC rating.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
Holds an active NMC PIN and/or a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification, or is currently working towards it.
Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Has a natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
