What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Proven residential property management experience.
Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
Hands-on experience with Section 8 & Section 21 notices (essential).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A professional, customer-first approach and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
Full UK driving licence and your own car.
(ARLA qualification is desirable, but not essential.)
Why Join?
Work with a highly regarded independent agency that has built a reputation for delivering a boutique, tailored service.
Be part of a friendly, supportive team where your efforts are genuinely recognised.
