Afternoon/Evening: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (includes sleep-in)

We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and clear communicator to join a dedicated support team working 1:1 with a young adult who lives independently in Bristol. This is a specialist role supporting someone with PTSD, Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Sensory Processing Delay.
About the Individual: He's bright, curious, and enjoys board games and all things Doctor Who. He thrives with open-ended questions and gentle, respectful interaction. While he lives alone, his two dads are actively involved and protective-staff must be mindful of their communication and maintain professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:

Build trust through open communication and consistent support

Follow detailed protocols around privacy and safeguarding, especially regarding room security

Be vigilant and aware of surroundings, particularly when changing or using private spaces

Support with daily routines, emotional regulation, and sensory needs

Engage in meaningful activities that reflect his interests

Respect and follow formal "Do's and Don'ts" guidance (to be provided)

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience supporting individuals with Autism, PDA, or PTSD
