Sterility Assurance Lead (Senior QA Sterility SME)

We're looking for an experienced Sterility Assurance Lead to take charge of contamination control and sterility assurance across our site. This is a key role ensuring compliance with EU GMP Annex 1 and driving best practice in microbiology.
What you'll do:

Lead sterility assurance & contamination control strategy.

Oversee microbiology risk assessments & sterilisation-in-place.

Support investigations, deviations & sterility-related events.

Write/review SOPs & assess change impacts.

Mentor junior staff & champion continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
-
MSc in Microbiology + 5+ years pharma microbiology experience.

Strong knowledge of GMP & regulatory compliance (Annex 1).

Expertise in sterility assurance, validation & contamination control.

Confident communicator, decision-maker & mentor.

Fluent in English.
