Salary: QUEST Grade C (NJC 5-8), £22,469 - £23,559 per annum. £13.26 - £13.90 per hour

37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks working 40 weeks per year

We are looking for an exception administrator to support the smooth running of our pastoral and SEND team to enhance the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Inclusion Team
  • Coordinate effectively between pastoral care, behaviour management, and SEND functions to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Act as the primary contact point for parents regarding inclusion matters, offering clear and compassionate communication
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inclusion services
  • Support the scheduling and management of meetings, referrals, and follow-ups within the Inclusion Team
  • Assist in preparing reports and correspondence related to inclusion activities
