Permanent contract
Term Time Only, plus 2 Inset Days (38.4 working weeks / 45.2 paid weeks)
Salary: BANES Q – SCP 3 - 4 - £24, 796 - £25,185 FTE per annum, pro rata
Actual Salary from £11, 328 - £11, 505 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant who shares our commitment to inspiring and empowering every child in our inclusive school. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a love for learning and supporting children to develop confidence, creativity, and resilience.
The successful candidate will:
Be able to inspire children in their learning both within a group and on a 1-1 basis
Be a good team player, who thrives on collaboration
Be committed to inclusion and able to work systematically and flexibly in a busy school
Be an excellent communicator with good presentation skills, both written and verbal
Be passionate about learning and child development.
