Payroll and HR Administrator
Are you looking for a varied and interesting Payroll and HR Administration role? Providing support to the HR team your focus will be on managing our end to end payroll process and transactional HR administration.
The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, motivated and passionate about providing an outstanding support service to our school activities. This role requires you to have excellent attention to detail and to be able to work on your own initiative. Willingness to take responsibility for day to day decision making is essential.
Details of role: Part time, 6 months fixed term role working 30 hours per week (52 weeks)
Salary: £30,290 FTE (£24,560 actual gross salary)
Closing date: Monday 15th September 2025 (midday)
This role will be based at the Abbey Park School; however you maybe required to travel to other Trust sites as necessary.

A professional approach with good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school teaching, support staff and pupils?

Previous experience of working in HR and managing Payroll processes?
Practical experience of Windows based ICT, Excel, payroll packages, HR Management Information Systems?
The ability to effectively organise and prioritise your workload to ensure critical timescales are met?
