Summary
A well-established company in the commercial construction sector is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Administrator to support their busy estimating and sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships.
The Role:- Follow up quotations with existing customers
- Maintain and update sales tracking spreadsheets
- Support the tender process and coordinate with estimators
- Identify and track upcoming project opportunities
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to the team
- Office presence required at least one day per week (Cwmbran)
- Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Experience in the construction or commercial glazing sector
- Understanding of estimating or tendering processes
Location: Cwmbran (Hybrid - minimum one day in the office)
Hours: Approx. 16 hours per week (flexible)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
This role is available due to a planned retirement and offers the flexibility to grow with the business over time.
