Join our client's manufacturing team in Willand, where you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.
About the Role:In this role, you'll assist in the daily production and packing of goods, working in line with health and safety regulations and production timelines. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area, handling materials and equipment, and contributing to a smooth and efficient production flow.
Main Activities:- Assist in the production and packing of products.
- Operate machinery in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Follow operational procedures and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Conscientious and reliable work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new tasks and processes.
- £12.21 per hour starting pay, with potential increases based on experience.
