Summary
Join our dynamic team as a pivotal member of our Specialist Clinical Services Leadership Team for a 12 month secondment. Collaborate closely with Directorate General Managers to drive operational excellence, strategic foresight, and financial efficiency across our diverse service spectrum. Your role will involve crafting and executing strategic plans aligned with Trust objectives, leading high-impact projects, identifying business opportunities, and spearheading service improvement initiatives. With a focus on financial acumen and operational efficacy, you'll play a critical role in maximising income opportunities, driving measurable enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation and improvement. To support the Director of Operations in the delivery of the strategic and annual operating plan for the care groups services ensuring it is consistent with the aims and objectives of the Trust and ensure that the plans fully reflect the service needs of the care group.
To lead on care group or multi-specialty wide projects which support achieving the strategic and operational plan objectives.
To identify business opportunities to sustain existing services and develop new business developments which will create quality benefits for patients, staff and the care group.
To provide support to the Divisional Director on specific divisional wide projects
Lead the application of new and innovative business management approaches to maximise the organisational efficiency of all services in the care group.
To lead, on behalf of the Director of Operations, the delivery of the Divisions Quality Improvement target in conjunction with the care group delivery overall
To foster a climate of innovation and improvement for all services in the care group, including encouraging staff to identify further opportunities for improvement.
Provide leadership in the management of change.
