Crynodeb
The clinical sessions will be agreed with the clinical lead and will form the basis of the Fellowship job plan. The following programme sets out the basic requirements of the Fellowship, the details to be negotiated and agreed with the post holder prior to commencement of the post. The Fellow is expected to assist with projects running in the department. The Fellow will meet with the clinical supervisor to agree the individual training plan following the period of induction; this will be tailored to suit the individual needs of the fellow. It will take account of clinical, interpersonal and management skills and knowledge. The Fellow will be required to give their agreement to the training programme and confirm their commitment to participate fully in the training and appraisal process.
