Main Responsibilities To help implement and influence the digital marketing strategy as set out by the Marketing and Campaigns Manager. To help ensure hospice communications are delivered across all digital platforms, specifically our website, newsletter and social media platforms. Create quarterly and campaign specific reports showing the growth of our digital activities and highlighting the most successful content. Identify new trends and developments in digital and social technology that may be of benefit to the digital strategy and present these to the marketing team. Social media responsibilities Create content for social media channels including copywriting, photography, videography and social graphics using Canva and Adobe Premiere -training to be given. Scheduling social media content on platform and using Buffer - training to be given. Manage our Facebook groups by delivering relevant content and monitoring comments and third party posts. Identify new trends and platform updates and investigate how these might best be incorporated into our strategy. Management of social media ad campaigns - training to be given. Identify online audiences with whom to develop a relationship in order to grow our reach. Help identify social media awareness days that align with the hospices communications strategy and work with the rest of the Communications Team to develop appropriate content. Work with the fundraising team and wider hospice teams to ensure all events are listed on social media platforms, third party events listing websites and relevant community groups on Facebook and Nextdoor. Website responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the hospice website at hokh.org, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, on brand and up to date. Collaborate with internal teams to create and publish content that promotes hospice services, events, fundraising campaigns and community stories. Monitor website analytics -GA4- to assess performance, user behaviour, and conversion rates. Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings. Collaborate with third party agencies on the development and maintenance of the website and PPC campaigns. Continually review website content and look to improve on design, copy and updating images across the site as new photography and videography is delivered. Build website forms and liaise with the Data Team and wider hospice colleagues on response notifications and results. Ensure forms are up to date with current statistics and GDPR compliance. Work with the Head of Marketing, Digital and Audience Development to identify new areas for data capture. Email marketing responsibilities Produce content for the regular monthly email newsletter in collaboration with the communications and wider hospice teams. Build all bulk email communications in Mailchimp -training to be given- to supporters, donors, and stakeholders. Import and export user data in line with GDPR regulations in collaboration with the Data Team. In collaboration with the Marketing and Campaigns Manager, build bespoke one-off email marketing communications. Work with the Communications Team to build meaningful supporter journeys. Review analytics and build results into campaign specific and quarterly digital marketing reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Ensure all bulk email communications comply with the hospice privacy policy and GDPR requirements.
