What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting senior engineers with installation of commercial refrigeration systems
• Learning the ropes on-site—tools, techniques, and troubleshooting
• Supporting with equipment setup, cabling, and system testing
• Taking part in structured training and mentoring to build your technical skills
• Contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
• No formal experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems
• Good communication and a team-first attitude
• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
