37 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months
We currently have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our successful in-house Change and Transformation Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Do you have experience and knowledge of Change and Transformation delivery in a fast past delivery environment? Do you have an analytical approach, a customer focus and a commitment to producing clear and concise documentation?
As a Business Analyst you will support the successful delivery of business and IT change. Responsibilities will include gathering business and IT/technical requirements, facilitating collaborative solution design, producing detailed project documentation, and completing complex analysis and presenting findings at an appropriate level for the audience. As well as support the coordination and execution of testing and training throughout the development and implementation phases of projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
Working within business regulated frameworks, government or financial sectors.
Proven experience of working within project methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Prince 2, Agile.
Delivering technology change in a multi-sourced ICT environment.
Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Significant experience working with Microsoft Office applications including Visio, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Experience in producing detailed process maps and use cases to support project delivery.
Developing detailed business requirements and translating these into workable and implementable solutions.
Supporting the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or processes.
