Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of adults requiring care and support, including safeguarding and mental capacity work.
Undertake professional assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
Work in partnership with service users, carers, and multi-agency teams to promote independence and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practice.
Essential Requirements:
Degree/Masters in Social Work and current SWE registration.
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience within adult social care.
Good understanding of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
Right to work in the UK.
