Corporate Wellbeing Advisor

Henley on Thames I Corporate Fitness I Permanent Contract | Part-Time

Up to £27,500.00 pro rata

25 hours per week, chance of overtime. Mixture of Late and Early Shifts (6:30am start / 7:30pm Finish)

As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, you'll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You're highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training. You'll be Level 3 Practitioner CIMSPA registered.

As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor ( Personal Trainer), you will:

  • Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes

  • Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Bootcamps

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in everything from personal training to processing payments

  • Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities

  • Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals

  • Deputize for the Programme Director and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience.

  • Take charge and lead on all items of Engagement for the Corporate Client, including but not limited to; Class Timetables, Viva Engage Posts, Challenges, Events & Engagement Activities.
