We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, cleaning audits, completing DBS applications, interviews, inductions etc, also ensuring all staff are on site ready to start shift, ensuring all cupboards are stocked and clean and tidy, ordering stock and standards around the school are to standards. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their pupils.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 15.30PM- 18.00PM
A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position, which we can help obtain
Full Training and PPE will be provided
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean classrooms and sanitize all touch point areas to high standards,
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
