Now Hiring: Factory Operatives – £13.50/hr + Overtime | Temp to Perm
Owen Payne Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a well-established manufacturer located in the Winson Green (B18) area, as we search for experienced Factory Operatives to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to step into a long-term position with a company known for crafting high-quality, bespoke gates and security products. If you're a skilled Factory Operative ready for a new challenge and looking to enjoy excellent benefits – we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assembling a wide variety of bespoke security products
• Using hand tools
• Moving freight around the factory
• Packing Items
• Operating machinery may be required (depending on the demands of the business)
Candidate Requirements:
• Have experience with hand tools
• Have a good eye for detail, with quality standards
• Be physically able to lift heavy components
• Have experience in using battery powered hand tools, pop riveting, etc
• Be able to work from technical drawings and verbal instructions
Hours of Work:
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30
Pay & Benefits:
• £13.50 per hour + enhanced overtime rates
• Weekly PAYE
