Crynodeb
The post is part time, term time only, working flexibly over Monday to Friday 8.30- 4.30 (23 hours per week). You will be providing skilled evidence based care to the children within the Special Needs School setting Coordination and delivery of care Assessment, planning and implementation of care Contributing to the Education, Health and Care Plans. Training and updating of education, staff using evidence based training packs, to carry out procedures which include administration of medication and enteral feeds Initial Health Assessment and drawing up of care plans and work in partnership school staff, parents and carers in their implementation Contribute to the public health agenda through Personal Health and Social Education and health promotion activities.
