Summary
This role within our digital construction function focuses on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
Location: London/the South. Some travel will be required to visit projects.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
**This role can be based anywhere in the south and will come with a good amount of remote working. You will be expected to travel to projects for site visits.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager within our Strategic Projects Business your role will involve:
-Monitoring IM Gateway form completion, assessing design team capability, and manage resource considerations across tenders.
-Ensure EIRs, AIRs, and CDE compliance (ISO 19650) while auditing teams for digital standards adherence.
-Share best practices with the Head of Digital Construction, promote digital strategies, and support PLM improvements.
-Overseeing software utilisation and digital maturity across the region, raising awareness of digital adoption to drive a digital-first culture across functional departments.
What are we looking for?
The role of Senior Digital Construction Manager will suit you, if you can demonstrate:
-Experience is data delivery within the Construction industry
-Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects at different stages
-Exposure to key softwares within Digital and a sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
-Any people management experience would be advantageous
