We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Contracts Manager, leading the successful delivery of a variety of construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects in educational facilities, including schools and universities, covering extensions, refurbishments, and other developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants as a Contracts Manager.

  
  

• Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards.

  
  

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and provide clear, consistent progress reports.

  
  

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

  
  

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while addressing on-site challenges.

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices in project delivery.

  
  

  Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role.

    
    

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

    
    

  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities.

    
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    
    

  • Ability to manage projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

    
    

  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, contract management, and build processes.
