Are you looking for a career where your organisational skills and attention to detail directly support compassionate care? Do you thrive in a role that combines administrative excellence with the opportunity to help patients and families during critical moments in their lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our specialist palliative care team as a Clerical Officer.
Why This Role Is Special
Palliative care is about providing comfort, dignity, and support to those facing serious illnesses. As a Clerical Officer, you will be at the heart of ensuring the smooth operation of our Specialist Palliative Care services. Your work will help ensure that patients and families receive the care they need when they need it most.
This is more than just a clerical role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that brings comfort and dignity to patients and families when they need it most. If you're ready to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
As this is a 7-day service, you will be required to work weekends on an estimated 1 in 4 basis. You will also need access to your own transport as there will be occasions where you are required to work from our Hospital team base at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
