I am working exclusively with Prizm Solutions, an award-winning independent insurance broker based in Tamworth, who are looking to appoint a New Business Account Executive. IPS Group have been chosen as their sole recruitment partner for this key hire.
This is a genuine opportunity for a commercial insurance professional who wants to build and grow their own book of business. In the first twelve months you will focus on winning new clients, developing relationships and placing risks across a wide variety of sectors. You will have full market access with more than 100 insurer agencies and no tied agreements, together with the support of handlers, claims and administration so you can concentrate on generating business.
As your portfolio grows, the role will naturally evolve into a balance of new business and client retention. You will take ownership of your clients, managing renewals and ensuring relationships are maintained long term.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of writing and winning commercial insurance business. You should be confident in prospecting and converting new opportunities, comfortable handling a wide range of risks and able to build lasting relationships with clients. CII qualifications would be an advantage, and support will be given if you are working towards them.
