See attached job description and main responsibilities To provide office management support to the Neurophysiology administration team: Printing referrals from Inbox Inputting referrals/WL Reception duties Booking appointments/telephoning patients Inputting names/hospital numbers into machines Requesting and Tracing Notes when necessary Prepping clinics General Filing Take appropriate actions with regard to telephone calls from patients, GPs and other agencies using initiative, in adherence to Trust guidelines Opening the post Distribution of notes received General administration and support for the consultants/physiologists
