An exciting opportunity to work in an innovative department at an outstanding College has arisen for the post of Progress Coach in Health Education and Care to join our Health, Education and Foundation Learning Department reporting to the Curriculum Manager for Early Years and Education. This is an essential role supporting learners to develop the skills and qualities needed for study at Further Education, and to ensure that high standards and expectations for attendance, attitudes, behaviours and personal development are met. The opportunity to inspire the younger generation and help develop the future professionals through pastoral support and delivery of personal development tutorials is the key focus of this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the education sector and have a high level of drive and enthusiasm, approachability and excellent communication skills which are essential to effectively support learners in their academic journey. Schedule
• Monday-Friday – Working hours will be agreed across the working week in accordance with needs of the business.
