Customer Experience Manager (Parent Funded Courses)
Full-Time: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid with travel to our partner schools (Suffolk, Essex, Kent) and HQ in Norfolk
Salary: £26 to 32k depending on experience
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead and grow Premier Education’s parent-funded services: Extra-Curricular Clubs, Wraparound Care, and Holiday Clubs. You’ll drive occupancy and attendance, ensure families receive a consistent, high-quality experience, and support the sustainable growth of our childcare and activity provision.
What You’ll Do
Increase occupancy and attendance across clubs and holiday provision
Ensure families receive excellent service from booking through to delivery
Maintain consistent Premier Education branding and quality standards
Use feedback and data to improve services and inform growth
Support promotional activity and work with marketing to drive bookings
Design parent/child engagement initiatives to boost retention and loyalty
Collaborate with Childcare and Operations teams to hit growth targets
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer experience, service delivery, or event management
Proven success driving growth, bookings, or revenue
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in brand delivery, customer journey design, or quality assurance
Strong analytical skills to turn feedback and data into action
Creative approach to engagement, marketing, and social media
Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
