My client is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to work at a local reputable professional financial services firm based in Ulverston. This is a Permanent Position, and they are open to candidates looking for either Full-time or Part-time employment.
The Role
As front-of-house, you will be the first face any visitors to the office encounter. You will project a professional and friendly image in-person and through phone interaction and provide general administrative support to the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Answering the telephone.
• Liaising with clients in person, by email and by telephone.
• To be a member of a professional and friendly team.
• Assisting with the organisation and management of the flow of physical documents into and out of the office.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• PA and secretarial skills, including (i) accurate typing; (ii) comprehension and interpretation of documents; and (iii) experience with computers.
• Conscientious, organised and with attention to detail / Smart and professional / Strong work ethic and sense of ownership / Sensitive to varied customer personalities and needs.
