Various Hours:
• 17 hours per week / 36 weeks per year; 6.00am to 9.30am Monday to Thursday, 6am to 9.00am Friday
• 15 hours per week / 42 weeks per year; 7.30am to 10.30am Monday to Friday (Primarily based at the Launch Pad in Blackburn town centre)
• 20 hours per week / 42 weeks per year; 10.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday
As an integral member of our Estates team you will be involved in providing and maintaining a clean environment for staff, students and visitors alike, positively contributing to a safe learning and work environment in compliance with Health and Safety and Safeguarding.
With previous experience of general cleaning activities you will have a good awareness of general health and safety issues and have demonstrable skills to undertake a range of manual cleaning activities maintaining high standards of cleanliness. As an individual you will be able to work on your own as well as in a team and have the ability to work flexibly.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
