What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lettings Assistant to join our team to be the welcoming face of the school and help us provide an excellent service during community lettings.
In this role, you will:
• Open and secure the premises for bookings, ensuring the safety and security of the site.
• Set up, clear away and maintain equipment and facilities as required.
• Keep lettings areas (such as sports halls, classrooms, changing rooms and toilets) clean, safe and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service, dealing with queries and escalating issues where necessary.
• Work flexibly during evenings, weekends and school holidays to meet the needs of hirers.

Castle Donington College is an 11-16 secondary school. We have just under 700 pupils on role across five-year groups (Years 7 to 11). The College is situated on the north west edge of Leicestershire on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire border and within 30 minutes’ drive of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Burton, being close to the M1 and A50.
