Summary
A lovely family in Maida Vale, London, is seeking a Part-time Nanny to provide dedicated care for their precious baby. They are looking for someone calm, loving, patient, and trustworthy, with a safety-conscious approach, who can undertake all general childcare duties. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting early development, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and hygiene. Experience and knowledge of caring for premature babies and their development would be highly desirable. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 2 days a week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, approximately 16 hours per week
Duties include:
Maintain a consistent daily routine for the baby
Engage in age-appropriate developmental and educational activities, including tummy time, reading, and interactive play
Support developmental milestones while safeguarding the baby’s well-being at all times
Organise and accompany the baby to outings such as park visits and baby classes
Uphold exceptional hygiene standards in all aspects of care
Prepare, clean, and sterilise bottles, feeding equipment, toys, and other baby items
Manage all baby-related housekeeping, including laundry, tidying the nursery, and keeping play areas clean and safe
Provide weaning support and prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals
