Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Canterbury/Thanet (must drive due to the two locations)
Contract: Temporary position for one month, with the potential of extension
Salary: £12.74-£14.22
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Duties:
Conduct maintenance works within accommodation buildings and offices, such as, decorating, installing taps, changing light bulbs, fixing doors and fixing windows.
Other duties could include plastering, lock repairs, gardening, minor plumbing, waste removal and general tidying and upkeep of the properties.
Liaise with approved contractors when required.
Maintain standards and health & safety regulations.
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have a full UK driving licence.
Previous experience within maintenance, facilities or caretaking.
Have an enhanced DBS or be happy for us to process one.
