The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Operative Driver to join their welcoming and supportive team. This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career development and job security with a family-run business.
Role Overview:You will be responsible for visiting customer sites to maintain and service washroom equipment, such as:
- Sanitary bins
- Soap and sanitiser dispensers
- Air fresheners
In addition, duties include collecting clinical and healthcare waste from facilities such as:
- Care Homes
- Nurseries
- Dental practices
Your day will begin at the depot, where you will collect your fully-equipped company vehicle, check stock levels, review your paperwork, and head out on your assigned route. Routes operate on a 4-week rotation, helping you build strong relationships with regular customers and become familiar with the servicing requirements at each stop.
You'll be issued an iPad with route details, so basic tech skills are important for navigating your day effectively.

- A valid UK driving licence
- Ability to pass a standard DBS check
- Full training provided - no previous experience required
