This is a fixed term /secondment opportunity in Pain and Rehabilitation Team . The postholder will be responsible fordevelopment, delivery and evaluation of the Physiotherapy service within the Rehabilitation and Pain Management Service. You will be workingalongside an established MDT including Consultants, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurses, Therapy Technicians and administrative staff to deliver an inpatient rehabilitation programme and outpatient service.

• Provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients, carers and families. Undertake the lead role in the assessment, diagnosis and formulation of physiotherapy treatment plans.

• Be a physiotherapy lead within the multi-disciplinary team, providing specialist advice to other specialist health professionals, both internally and externally.
•
• Provide clinical supervision, teaching and act as a source of specialist advice to students, junior and Band 6 physiotherapists and assistants.
• Work closely with Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Psychologists to deliver self-management programmes for people with conditions including persistent pain or widespread pain, rheumatological conditions, hypermobility
