Summary
Production Operative - 4on/4off Shift Pattern
Location: Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Bedworth
Shift: 4 on / 4 off, fixed days - 06:00 to 18:00
Pay: £12.21 per hour plus performance-based bonus
About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer of roofing and building materials at their Bedworth site. This role involves working on a busy production line, helping to produce high-quality clay roof tiles and related products. You'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and mobile plant equipment
- Load raw materials and maintain consistent production flow
- Carry out visual and physical quality checks on finished products
- Report faults, breakdowns, or quality issues to supervisors
- Keep work areas clean and organised
- Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Work with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist maintenance teams when required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial setting
- Willing to work a fixed 4on 4off shift pattern
