Crynodeb
The successful applicant will be expected to: Support the delivery of a high quality 24 hour anaesthetic service Work flexibly dependent on the exigencies of the department Show a determination to meet or exceed the standards of the Patients Charter Assist in our determination to be a successful provider of a range of appropriate services to the local community The Trust is keen to attract the highest calibre of trainee doctors. It realises that to maintain that aim for the future the quality of teaching and training must be of the highest order. Consultant staff are responsible for the training and supervision of all junior medical staff and time is expected to be regularly allocated to their teaching. All College and Faculty tutors regularly meet with the Postgraduate Clinical Tutor, to discuss training and postgraduate educational matters.
