We're Hiring: Freelance Water Engineer
Location: Northwest
Sectors: Utilities
Payrate: £250 - £280 a day
Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing

We are seeking experienced Freelance Water Engineer's to support ongoing and upcoming projects within the civil engineering and utilities sector. The successful candidates will bring proven site-based engineering expertise and hold essential industry qualifications to work safely and compliantly within the water and utilities environment.

What you'll do as a Freelance Water Engineer:

• Oversee day to day site engineering activities
• Provide technical input for the Amp8 projects in the Northwest
• Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Endure compliance is in line with all health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Complete site records, risk assessments.
• Support project team with problem solving, technical advice, and reporting.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• SHEA (Safety, Health & Environmental Awareness) Utility Passport
• National Water Hygiene (Blue Card)
• CSCS Card
• Proven experience work on civil engineering or utilities projects within the water sector.

Desirable

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First Aid
