We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our team at ISS UK, Leonardo Luton. In this pivotal role, you will enhance guest experiences through attentive service, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will be central to the smooth delivery of our hospitality services, while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
The Role
Assist with the daily operations of hospitality services, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide personalised, attentive support
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across departments
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies, keeping all areas well-stocked and organised
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
Participate in ongoing training sessions and share feedback to continuously improve service quality
About You
Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver fantastic customer service with a professional, welcoming, and approachable manner
Interpersonal Skills: A social personality with the confidence to engage effectively with a wide range of people
Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working as part of a team, while also able to take initiative and work independently when required
Technical Proficiency: Experience using relevant systems such as MS Office and email platforms
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with both guests and colleagues
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinker with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns and operational challenges
