Summary
ROLE: Parts Advisor / Credit and Returns Supervisor
LOCATION: Ashtead, Surrey
SALARY: 30k basic + 2k bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 7.30 am – 5.00 pm
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to find an experienced Parts Advisor who would be interested in a Credit and Returns Supervisor position for our clients main dealer in Surrey.
Parts Advisor - duties:
• Handle goods in and out, ensuring seamless credit and return processes in a busy parts environment
• Work with manufacturers to resolve issues
• Manage credits
• Handle customer queries with confidence
• Excellent communication skills to keep customers well-informed and satisfied
• Investigate damaged or missing parts
• Query why parts have been returned
• Process all necessary credit transactions efficiently and accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to email and phone enquiries
Parts Advisor - about you:
• Previous parts experience
• Self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Strong computer skills
• Experience wit
