Do you have the skills to enable organisational change and help build workforce capability? We are looking for a Transitional L&OD Specialist to play a key role in supporting the transformation of waste management services through targeted learning and organisational development initiatives that enables change and prepares the team for the future.

About the role

This role is primarily focused on supporting the transformation of waste management services. You will work directly with teams to identify training needs, design and deliver practical learning solutions, and build the skills, confidence and resilience required for change. Alongside this, you will maintain training records, evaluate impact, and use data to support continuous improvement, while coaching managers to strengthen leadership capability and team development.

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in learning and development, alongside excellent people and facilitation skills. You will be adaptable, creative, and confident working across front-line and operational services in a changing environment.
