Sales Director - Middle East
Location: Flexible - UK/In-Country
Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director - Middle East to lead our regional sales efforts and drive growth in corporate digital training. You will have a strong network of enterprise decision-makers, proven experience in closing large B2B training/HR/learning deals, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders. The regions specifically targeted are Oman, KSA, Bahrain and UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow corporate digital training business across the Middle East.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts, targeting sectors such as banking, telecom, government, energy, and large conglomerates.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with HR, L&D, and digital transformation leaders and partners.
- Lead consultative sales engagements, presenting solutions that align with clients' workforce development goals.
- Negotiate and close large-scale training contracts, ensuring long-term client value and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Provide market insights and feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
- Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity.
- Leading on key strategic projects that influence the sales approach and outcomes across QA
- Coaching and developing sales managers and senior individual contributors to enhance their productivity
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- B2B sales experience, selling corporate training, HR solutions, or SaaS/EdTech solutions in the Middle East.
- Strong track record of £1m+ sales targets.
- Established network of enterprise clients and decision-makers in the region.
- Deep understanding of regional business culture, procurement processes, and government regulations.
- Arabic language skills preferred but not required.
- Ability to coach to sales methodology (ideally MEDDPICC)
