What You Will Be Doing
-Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
-Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
-Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problems
-Testing and maintaining critical systems like generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
-Keeping detailed records of work carried out
-Assisting with minor repairs, including joinery, plumbing, or basic electrical tasks
-Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS)
-Following safety procedures to protect yourself and others
-Being on-call for emergency responses roughly once every four weeks
