We are seeking an organised, proactive, and supportive leader with strong interpersonal and operational management skills. Youll be confident in managing teams, driving service improvements, and navigating complex operational challenges. You will have: Significant experience working in aprogramme or project managementenvironment. Educated todegree level, with additional experience at postgraduate level or equivalent. Sound understanding ofNHS strategies and performance targets. Aflexible and reliableteam player, committed to working at pace and adapting to changing demands. Willing and able to travel to multiple sites, attend meetings and events, and work flexibly outside of standard hours when required. Strong communication skills with the ability to support and lead colleagues through change. Previous experience working within anNHS environment. You must hold avalid UK driving licenceand have access to a car for business use.
