ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As our Marketing Partner, you will lead the charge in expanding Intimate Cuisine’s reach across digital platforms, local networks, and creative collaborations. You will shape our voice, grow our audience, and drive bookings through strategic, guest-focused marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, local boards)
• Create engaging content, including captions, visuals, reels, and ads, which reflects our brand tone.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with consistent posting and interaction.
• Identify and pursue local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR opportunities.
• Track engagement metrics and adapt strategies for growth.
• Support brand storytelling through guest reviews, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Creative thinker with a flair for visual storytelling and copywriting
• Experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle marketing preferred.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiastic about food, guest experience, and brand building
• Familiar with Canva, Instagram insights, and basic ad tools (not necessary)
• Bonus: Photography or design skills, local London network, or interest in food safety (not necessary)
COMPENSATION
Commission-based with performance incentives. You will earn a percentage of confirmed bookings generated through your marketing efforts, with potential for expanded responsibilities and revenue share as we grow.
