Our clients include the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and major international glass manufacturers.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated Marketing and Telesales Executive to join our team, helping us expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our specialist electrical engineering services and products.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through professional conversations with key decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Record and track sales activity using our CRM system (ACT)
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Support wider marketing activities, including campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in B2B telesales or customer service (engineering, manufacturing, or business services preferred).
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong influencing and negotiation ability, with experience handling objections and closing sales.
Results-focused, target-driven mindset.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ACT experience preferred).
Positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.
