Crynodeb
The position is on a self-employed basis.
The successful candidate will be competent in completing skilled/unskilled maintenance works and skilled with various hand and power tools as required. Formal qualifications are not essential however the successful candidate must have previous experience working in a maintenance position and be able to provide references.
Duties include but are not limited to conducting routine inspections of premises and reporting findings back to the management team, performing preventative maintenance works, scheduled maintenance and handling basic repairs, maintenance and redecoration as required. There may be some elements of external cleaning and maintenance works and general grounds keeping and other duties as required.
As this is a self-employed position the successful candidate must have appropriate insurance for self and public liability and access to their own tools required to complete required works.

• Proven maintenance experience,
• Must have appropriate insurance for self and public liability,
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools,
• Experience performing routine maintenance,
• Strong organizational and follow up skills,
• Eye for detail,
• Professional presentation and attitude,
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually,
• Strong time management skills.
