Job Title: Plumber/Multi Trader
Job Type: Full-time, 3 Month contract (potential for longer)
Location: Norwich to North Suffolk
Rate: £33,800 (DOE)+ Company Van & Fuel Card

Company, Project & benefits of a Plumber/Multi Trader:

Our Housing Association Client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to work in their planned maintenance team to cover a 3 month contract cover. The contract is planned works bathroom and aid adaption programme so experience working on social housing contracts is essential.

Responsibilities of a Plumber/Multi Trader:

• Property Maintenance – ideally residential properties
• Demonstrable experience of bathroom and wet-room installations.
• Working across trades, beyond main trades, to deliver a full service to customers.
• Evidence of working within a H&S aware environment
• Dealing with Customers directly
• Independent working to demonstrate problem solving.

Required Experience of a Plumber/Multi Trader:

    • Minimum of either full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within plumbing and at least 1 other trade e.g. carpentry, tiling, plastering.
