Are you fun, energetic, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for children?




YMCA Newark & Sherwood are looking for Casual Birthday Parties Leaders to help deliver high-quality, exciting, and memorable
birthday parties for children of all ages.




This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in making birthdays truly special.




What you’ll be doing:

* Leading, planning, and delivering engaging and age-appropriate birthday party activities
* Creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all children and families
* Coordinating party operations, including games, room set-up, and food service
* Acting as a role model, promoting teamwork, fair play, and positive values
* Ensuring health & safety protocols are followed at all times







About you:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people who:

* Love working with children and young people
* Have experience in leading activities, sports, or enrichment sessions
* Can create a warm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere
* Are adaptable, organised, and able to think on your feet
