The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive our business forward. This role is a unique blend of marketing, customer relationship management, and business development, working closely with our two sales representatives. You’ll help maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement marketing initiatives (traditional & digital) to enhance brand awareness.
✅ Work alongside our sales team to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
✅ Oversee customer-supported pricing, ensuring key clients receive annual pricing updates.
✅ Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape business strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in marketing, business development, or customer relationship management.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ A proactive, self-motivated approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
✔️ Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
✔️ Familiarity with the scientific industry (preferred but not required).
