This post is open ended and part-time, 24.5 hours per week: Monday morning (flexible how hours are worked on Monday), Tuesday to Thursday 09.00 - 17.00.

We are seeking to appoint a MBChB Teaching Administrative Assistant on a part time and permanent basis. The post holder will provide administrative support to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the General Practice led teaching and assessment components of the MBChB programme.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with and handling large volumes of administrative data, records and information and of handling confidential personal information with tact and diplomacy. Additionally, you will be able to work proactively, multi-task and to use initiative, excellent attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
