Culture, Engagement & Communications Manager
Location: Chelsea, London
Contract: 6-Month FTC (with potential to go permanent)Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: Pro-rata £75,000
The Opportunity A leading international telecoms and media organisation, is seeking a talented communications professional to join their London-based team. This role will support internal communications across a core employee base of 2,000 and a wider group of 30,000 colleagues across Europe.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact communications strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the employee experience during a period of transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal communications campaigns aligned with strategic priorities
- Develop compelling messaging and content that brings the company's story and culture to life
- Support the execution of the Culture, Engagement and Communications strategy
- Provide communications counsel to senior leaders and build trusted relationships
- Coordinate communications around key business moments and leadership messaging
- Collaborate with external communications teams to ensure alignment across channels
- Evaluate communications effectiveness and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in internal communications & employee engagement
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Someone with experience leading projects end to end
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment (finance background a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Poppulo, and Photoshop (FirstUp is a bonus)
- A creative, proactive mindset with a commercial edge
